Broker Assist
A private assistant for one business broker in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It finds public Threads posts from people who want to buy or sell a small business and prepares a short, relevant reply. The broker reads every draft and publishes it herself, one at a time.
How it works
- Keyword searchAbout 15 Russian phrases such as “куплю бизнес” (buying a business) or “продаю бизнес” (selling my business), about 4 times a day, within the limit of 500 searches per 7 days.
- FilteringPosts with excluded words (franchises, courses, crypto, other countries) are dropped. An AI model scores the rest from 0 to 100 for relevance to buying or selling a business in Kazakhstan.
- DraftFor posts scoring 70 or higher, the AI writes a draft reply of 1–3 sentences: a practical question or observation, with no links and no advertising.
- Manual reviewThe draft is sent to the broker's private Telegram chat with the buttons Publish, Edit, Skip.
- PublishingOnly after the broker taps Publish is the reply posted from her account. Nothing is posted automatically.
- ResultsViews, likes and replies to her own comments are counted once a day, to see which keywords lead to real conversations and switch off the ones that do not.

What the tool never does
- Publish anything without the broker's manual approval.
- Send direct messages, follow, like or repost.
- Reply to the same author more than once per post, or post identical text in bulk.
- Claim to have buyers, sellers or listings, or include links and ads.
- Collect data beyond public posts and the public replies to the broker's own comments.
Какие данные обрабатываются
- Публичные посты Threads, найденные по ключевым словам: идентификатор, текст, имя пользователя автора, ссылка и дата.
- Ответы, опубликованные владельцем аккаунта, и их публичная статистика: просмотры, лайки, число ответов.
- Публичные ответы на эти комментарии, чтобы отметить, ответил ли автор поста.
Приложение не собирает пароли, личные сообщения, контакты, геолокацию и платёжные данные.
Как используются данные
- Для оценки, относится ли пост к покупке или продаже бизнеса, и подготовки черновика ответа с помощью ИИ-сервиса (Anthropic или OpenAI). Сервису передаётся только текст поста и имя автора.
- Для показа черновика владельцу аккаунта в личном Telegram-чате и публикации после его подтверждения.
- Для внутренней статистики: какие ключевые слова приводят к откликам.
Данные не продаются, не передаются для рекламы и не используются для обучения моделей.
Где хранятся данные и сколько
В личной таблице Google Sheets владельца аккаунта, доступ к которой есть только у него. Записи хранятся не дольше 12 месяцев, затем удаляются. Ключи доступа хранятся отдельно, в защищённом хранилище настроек Google Apps Script.
Удаление данных · Data deletion
Если вы автор поста и хотите, чтобы сведения о вашем посте были удалены, напишите владельцу аккаунта в Threads или на адрес ниже, указав имя пользователя Threads. Данные удаляются в течение 7 дней.
Post authors may request deletion by messaging the account owner on Threads or by email, stating their Threads username. Data is deleted within 7 days.

Privacy policy summary
Data processed: public post ID, text, author username, permalink and timestamp; the owner's own published replies and their public metrics (views, likes, replies); public replies to those comments. No passwords, private messages, contacts, location or payment data are collected.
Use: relevance scoring and drafting replies with an AI service (Anthropic or OpenAI; only the post text and author username are sent), showing drafts to the owner in a private Telegram chat, and internal keyword statistics. Data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models.
Storage: the owner's private Google Sheet; records are kept up to 12 months. Access tokens are stored in Google Apps Script properties.
